Fresh roasted in the woods of Lake Geneva. Sealed within a few minutes of roasting. Shipped within 24 hours of roasting. Sourced green beans are rapidly heated up to 420° (light), 435° (medium) or 460° (our signature dark roast) using a unique fluid-bed roasting process, then allowed to cool and degas. Email us after you order to let us know your preferred roast. Generally speaking LIGHT will be vibrant, floral and fruity, with brighter acidity; MEDIUM reveals a rich, earthy, mellow tone with lower acidity; DARK tends to shadow the bean’s unique flavor profile and introduces a more profound, intense, chocolatey richness. Our preferred roast is LIGHT.

How many bags/month do you need? Each bag is 10oz of fresh roasted, sealed bags with 1 way air-release valves so the beans can degass and stay fresh. Generally speaking coffee beans are BEST to drink 6-14 days after they are roasted. They are still good up to 30 days in these fancy sealed bags we deliver them in.

One 10oz bag of beans will make you about 15x 10oz mugs of coffee. If you drink out of one of those normal ceramic mugs in the morning – those are 10-12oz mugs. So if you drink 2 mugs a day, you’ll get about a weeks worth of coffee from a single bag.

Your normal drip coffee maker is an 8 cup/40oz pot, so you’ll get about 4 full pots of coffee from a single 10oz bag. But if it is just you drinking coffee in the morning, brew 20oz, which gives you about 8 pots of coffee per bag.
