“Brian, an IL ISP Trooper, was responding to a car accident in Joliet, IL. While he was parked behind the wrecked vehicles, had the emergency lights activated in order to assist with directing traffic to the right lane. While in his squad car, another car crashed into the back of Brian’s squad car.
Brian was airlifted with a local hospital with serious injuries to his brain. There was an immense amount of swelling to the head, which was responded to immediately with surgery upon arrival at the hospital.”
The doctor’s trajectory for Brian was summarized by 3 not-so-great pathways – terrible, not great, and uninspiring – but Brian chose the path of healing. Brian created the 4th path.
He’s recovering, and we want to help him through that recovery.
So in the spirit of choosing the path that is both profound and perfect, we’ve created Brian’s 4th Path Blend.
What’s the 4th Path Blend look like? The base of the blend is from the Dominican Republic of Congo. This washed, sun-dried bean rooted itself and grew at the borders of Uganda, Rwanda and Burundi – an area ripe with conflict. It shouldn’t have survived, but it did. It somehow grew into a unique coffee cherry tree and ended up in your cup here in the USA. We blended this with some of our favorite Brazilian beans, because Brazil’s rich and bustling coffee economy once supplied nearly 80% of the world’s coffee, and it represents the rich abundance of the native African’s coffee bean rooting itself into the other side of the world. Coffee shouldn’t even exist in Brazil, yet Brazil still accounts for nearly 40% of the world’s coffee supply.
Surviving and Thriving at the same time: That’s Brian’s 4th Pathway Blend.
